SPARTA — A woman who was charged in April with hosting an underage drinking party plans to sue Sparta police after they posted details of the incident on Facebook, according to a published report.The notice of intention to sue warns of an impending lawsuit that seeks $500,000 for Karen Gitelman and her husband, Daniel, the New Jersey Herald reported.The Gitelmans were charged in April with hosting an underage drinking party at their Westgate Drive home in Sparta.

Murphy, alleges that Gitelman's family suffered distress and loss of money due to the police posting about her and her husband's arrest on Facebook.
