Sir Ian Mckellen turned down £1million to officiate at a Facebook billionaire's wedding - because he was asked to dress as his Lord Of The Rings character Gandalf.The 77-year-old actor previously qualified as a 'celebrant' to conduct Star Trek actor Sir Patrick Stewart's civil wedding with Sunny Ozell in 2013, but turned down the latest offer - despite the giant pay check.He told the Mail on Sunday : "I was offered one-and- a-half million dollars to marry a very famous couple in California, which I would perhaps have considered doing but I had to go dressed as Gandalf.
